St. William’s Early Childhood Program is accredited by the National
Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), guaranteeing a safe
and nurturing environment to promote the physical, social, emotional and
intellectual development of young children.

Our Extended Day Care Program provides before and after school care for a small fee on an as-needed basis to help families.
Support is
Available through the Big Shoulders Fund
The Big Shoulders Fund provides support to children in many Chicago
Catholic schools through scholarships, special education programs,
instructional equipment, school facility improvements and faculty support.
This year the Big Shoulders provided an additional $6000 in their “Friends
of Big Shoulders” scholarship program to 12 returning St. William families.
They also gave $6000 in “Project Retention” scholarships for new
families.

St. William School is one of the
only local area schools to offer need-based scholarships. School
families who are registered St. William parishioners can apply for tuition
assistance by completing the Private School Aid Service (PSAS) application
which is now available online. Contact the school office at
